Led the mechanical redesign and reverse engineering of critical railway components, including switch machines and pantographs. The project required precise CAD modeling, component analysis, and system reconstruction from existing hardware. Delivered complete engineering documentation and BOMs, enabling efficient manufacturing and maintenance workflows in a high-reliability railway environment.
